A new marketing strategy …
For at least 90 days, commencing sometime in February 2012, Pike’s Quest will be exclusively available via Amazon - UK - USA - ES - DE - FR. (It will take me about four weeks to make it exclusive)
I will be enlisting into the Amazon KDP Select scheme, so there will be giveaways, free loans to Amazon Prime customers, and hopefully increased sales.
As of today - 25 January, I have withdrawn Pike from Smashwords. It will take a while for the distribution network to withdraw it from their catalogues (Barnes & Noble, iBooks, Kobo, etc).
It may sound drastic, but it has worked for others.
If you want it for your epub device, shop around and you may still be able to find it for the next week.
On 1 February I will be uploading the 2nd edition of Pike with a slightly better format, the remaining few typos removed, and best of all, a sample chapter from the proposed sequel, due to be released in winter 2012.
